We have been supervising investigative excavation for hazardous materials in preparatory earthworks for the construction of a retirement village at Arndell Park. Our Scope of Works includes:
Overseeing the cap and containment of contaminated soil
- Establishing and ensuring controls such as a 3-stage water-supplied decontamination unit
- Occupational Hygiene including overseeing Restricted Zones
Over the past fortnight, we have also been engaged in:
- Mould clearances for compliance of council orders
- Building Demolition of school buildings for insurance builders
- Been issued Clandestine drug lab assessment tenders
- Consulting on Building Demolition of Sydney Water facilities
